All individuals participating in the evaluation of submissions for the AIBII conference and its associated events are required to adhere to the ethical review guidelines outlined below. If you are unable to comply with these guidelines for any reason, please inform the program chairs immediately. I acknowledge my responsibility to uphold ethical standards in my role.

I will strive to conduct a fair, unbiased, and objective evaluation of submissions. I will treat all authors with respect and provide constructive feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

I will disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could compromise my ability to provide an impartial review. If I am not adequately qualified to review a paper or feel that my objectivity may be affected, I will decline the invitation to review.

I recognize that reviewing submissions from authors at my own institution, or with whom I have, or have had, a close working relationship, is not permissible.

I am committed to providing an impartial assessment of all papers. Should I become aware of any conflicts of interest, such as prior co-authorship, close professional ties, or personal relationships, I will immediately notify the chairs and remove myself from the peer-review process.

I will review each paper objectively and refrain from any personal criticism of the author. My goal is to offer constructive suggestions that can enhance the quality of the work and provide well-supported reasoning for my evaluations.

I will evaluate submissions based solely on their academic merit, regardless of the authors’ personal attributes, institutional affiliations, or backgrounds.

I will maintain confidentiality throughout the review process, respecting the privacy of the authors and all involved. I will not use information gained during the review process for personal benefit or share it with unauthorized parties.

I will diligently check submissions for any signs of plagiarism. If I suspect plagiarism, I will immediately inform the chairs, understanding that plagiarism constitutes a serious ethical violation. I will take appropriate measures to ensure that the papers I review are original and properly cite sources.

I will adhere to the guidelines and deadlines set by the AIBII-25 Chairs and provide thorough and timely feedback to authors.

In all aspects of my role as a reviewer for conference papers, I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards, and I take this responsibility seriously.
