Submit a Paper

Please read through the following instructions before submitting your paper to the International Conference on AI-Driven Business Intelligence and Innovation (AIBII)..

AIBII 2025 Author Abstract and Poster Program Keywords

The conference invites abstracts and poster proposals across key topics in AI-driven business intelligence and innovation. Submissions should include up to 5 keywords below and adhere to the guidelines provided on the conference website.

Paper Preparation


Prepare your initial paper using APA style.


Do not include authors’ names on the submission, as we use a double-blind review process.


Ensure your submission contains original material and has not been published previously.


Abstract Submission: Limit abstracts to a maximum of 800 words in a single-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font.


Full Paper Submission: Limit the full paper to 10,000 words, including the abstract, references, tables, figures, and appendices (single-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font).

Submission


Submit your paper or abstract as a PDF to Ereviewer.


The submission deadline for both manuscripts and abstracts is (May 30th, 2025)


Each participant may submit a maximum of two papers. Submitting more than two papers may result in the rejection of all submissions.

Decision


Notification of acceptance or rejection will be provided by (June 20th, 2025)

Revisions


In rare cases, revisions may be requested. Revised manuscripts or abstracts will be due via Ereviewer on [TBD], with the final notification to follow on [TBD].

Registration


Upon final acceptance, participants should begin the registration process as follows.

Concurrent Presentation

Each author presenting at the conference will have a 15-minute slot, followed by 10 minutes for discussion and 5 minutes for Q&A. However, moderators or track chairs may adjust this schedule as needed.
