In accordance with the AIBII Authors Policy, at least one author must attend in person to present an accepted paper, and this author must register at the in-person rate. Visa invitation letters will be provided to attendees upon request. Please ensure all details are accurate and submit your request early to avoid delays.

AIBII will issue personalized invitation letters exclusively to registered, paid attendees of AIBII'26. To request your letter, please use the online link provided in your registration confirmation email. We suggest printing this document to present during your visa appointment.
