Submission Guidelines and Requirements

AIBII'26 invites high-quality, original research contributions in the form of Abstracts (presentation only) or Full Manuscripts (presentation and publication).

Length
Full Manuscripts: Maximum 10 pages including figures, tables, and references.
Format
IEEE two-column format. Templates (LaTeX and MS Word) will be available on the CFP launch date (July 15, 2026).
Review Process
Double-blind peer review. Authors must ensure that submissions are fully anonymized.
Originality
Submissions must not have been previously published or be under review by another conference or journal.
Ethical AI
Authors must include a section discussing the ethical implications and societal impact of their work.
Step by Step

Author Instructions & Submission Process

Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your paper to the International Conference on AI-Driven Business Intelligence and Innovation.

Paper Preparation

  • Prepare your manuscript using APA style.
  • Do not include author names to maintain a double-blind review.
  • Submissions must contain original, unpublished work.
  • Abstracts: Maximum 300 words, single-spaced, 12 pt Times New Roman.
  • Full Papers: Maximum 10,000 words including all components.

Submission

  • Submission deadline for abstracts and manuscripts: May 30, 2026.
  • Each participant may submit a maximum of two papers.
  • Submitting more than two papers may result in rejection of all submissions.

Decision

  • Acceptance or rejection notifications have been sent to presenters.
  • If no notification is received by June 20, 2026, please contact us.

Registration

  • Upon final acceptance, participants should begin the registration process.

Concurrent Presentation

  • Each presenting author is allocated 15 minutes.
  • Followed by 10 minutes discussion and 5 minutes Q&A.
  • Moderators or track chairs may adjust the schedule as needed.
