Submission Guidelines
Follow these steps to submit your camera-ready paper

Review and Revise Your Final Manuscript
- Address all reviewers' comments and implement required revisions
- Ensure figures and tables are high-quality and clearly readable
- Update title, authors, and abstract to reflect the final version
Important: Do not include titles such as "Dr.", "Prof.", or job positions in author names.

Submit Camera-Ready Paper via EasyChair
- Submit using the author role on EasyChair
- Confirm all reviewer comments have been addressed
- Ensure final metadata matches the submitted manuscript
Deadline: May 30, 2026

Registration & Publication
- At least one author per accepted paper must be registered
- Accepted papers will appear in the AIBII 2026 Proceedings
- Each manuscript will receive a CrossRef DOI
- Proceedings will be indexed and archived with Portico
